I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, followed by a Master’s degree in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

After graduating, I completed an additional two years of intensive clinical training in insight-oriented, relational therapy at The Saturday Center for Psychotherapy in Santa Monica, CA.

I approach therapy through depth psychology, relational dynamics, and intersubjectivity, offering direct feedback about my experience of you in the therapeutic space. My aim is to provide valuable insights into your relational patterns, enhancing your personal relationships.

As a first-generation child of immigrants, I am attuned to the cultural nuances that may impact your life. My straightforward yet nurturing approach has resonated with many, but the best way to determine if it’s a good fit for you is to meet and explore it together.
